RETURN POLICY

We have a 20-day, no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have 20 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at online@luxurydup.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return (you pay half of the return shipping costs)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
